If for any reason you’re not completely in love with your jewelry, we offer free returns to make your experience worry-free.

Returns Eligibility

We accept returns within 12 days of delivery, provided that:

  • Items are unused, unworn, and unaltered
  • All original packaging, tags, and certificates are included
  • The item is in its original condition

Additionally, we offer a Return/Refund Policy for damaged or defective products, with claims accepted within 3 days of delivery. (That means, you must inform us any damage or defect of the product within 3 days of delivery.)

Final Sale Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Custom or personalized jewelry
  • Items marked Final Sale

Free Return Shipping

  • We provide complimentary return shipping on all eligible orders
  • A prepaid return label will be supplied upon approval of your return request

  • Securely package the item and ship it using the prepaid return label from us

Refunds

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after inspection

Pink Poise reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet these conditions.
