Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 2–5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays
- Custom or made-to-order items may require additional processing time
Shipping Options
Shipping methods and costs are displayed at checkout. All shipments include tracking and insurance.
Domestic & International Shipping
- We ship within the United States and to select international destinations
- International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees
- Most of our products are shipped from manufacturing locations with a normal shipping time of 7 - 14 business days within United States. Some unique products are shipped from international locations having a normal shipping time to United States as 15 - 21 business days.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery through Contact Us page, including your order number. We shall get back to you via email to collect further details including photos of the damaged or incorrect product.
